Main victims' issues not addressed in TRC bill: RPP Chair

TAPLEJUNG, April 17: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) chairperson Rajendra Lingden said the bill framed to amend the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Act, 2071 BS was not in favor of victims.

At a press conference organized at Taplejung headquarters, Fungling, today, he said the bill has only addressed the issues of crucial sides of the conflict.
