Cultural artifacts stolen from Nepal in 1980s return home

US Embassy officials joined Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Maheswar Neupane, welcomed Nepali cultural artifacts back in Kathmandu on Tuesday.
KATHMANDU: Two 12-13th century wooden struts stolen from the Narayan Temple at Hyumat Tole near Teku in the 1980s have been returned to their rightful places in Kathmandu on Tuesday.
