Five Arrested for Stealing and Selling Hand Tractors in Kathmandu Valley

Kathmandu. Police have taken five people into custody on charges of involvement in the theft and sale of hand tractors (power tillers) from various places in the Kathmandu Valley.
They were arrested with 14 hand tractors stolen from Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktpur, and a motorcycle with license plate Ba 31 Pa 2159.
