'Angh' Film from Nagaland Wins Jury Award at Toronto International Film Festival, Eyes Oscars

Mumbai. The journey of the Indian film 'Angh' seems somewhat unbelievable. This film comes from Nagaland, a hilly state on India's northeastern border, where less than 2 million people live.

The film is made in the Konyak language, a language unfamiliar to most Indians, let alone foreign audiences. This is the first feature film for director Theja Rio, and most of its actors were acting in front of a camera for the first time.
