Odd-even for vehicles rule in Kathmandu Valley

KATHMANDU: The district administration offices (DAOs) in the Kathmandu Valley – Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur -- have decided to enforce the odd-even rule for the vehicles effective from Friday midnight.

According to Ghanashyam Upadhyaya, CDO of Lalitpur district, private and public vehicles will have to operate on an odd-even basis in view of the surging coronavirus cases in recent days.
