TOKYO: Despite the city facing the impact of incoming typhoon Chanthu, nearly 40 Uyghurs, Tibetan, Mongolian, Hong Kong and Chinese dissident activists, supported by a few Japanese activists, marched through central Tokyo on Saturday.
