SC fails to pass verdict on ‘Lalita Niwas case’ filed against Ex-PMs Bhattarai and Nepal due on Monday

KATHMANDU, November 1: With the deepening Judicial deadlock, the Supreme Court (SC) has failed to pass its verdict on ‘Lalita Niwas case’ filed against former Prime Ministers Babu Ram Bhattari and Madhav Kumar Nepal.

Earlier, the apex court was scheduled to pass the verdict on the case on November 1. Hearing on the case was conducted before the Dashain festival.
