CHITWAN, April 4: Dr. Bijay Raj Neupane has been appointed the Chair of the Board of Directors at the BP Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital in Chitwan.
A meeting of the Council of Ministers decided to appoint the post, it is said. Before this, he was the deputy director of the Hospital.
