RSP Leader Balen Shah: No One Can Afford to Ignore the Sacrifice of Martyrs

Kathmandu. Senior leader of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Balen Shah, stated that no one has the luxury of ignoring the sacrifices made by the martyrs. He made this statement while issuing a message on social media on the occasion of Martyrs' Day.

'It has been 85 years since Ganga Lal Shrestha, Dasharath Chand, Dharma Bhakta Mathema, and Shukra Raj Shastri, who struggled demanding the end of the Rana regime, were brutally executed by the then state. Ten years after that, the Rana regime ended, but the state did not become the people's. Even after this, the Nepali people had to continue struggling. In 85 years, the system changed time and again, but the character of the power structure did not change,' he said in his message.
