Bhimeshwor Municipality sets example in waste mgmt

Bhimeshwor Municipality in Dolakha was also no exception until a few months ago. The city dwellers had to tolerate the stench emanating from the garbage heaps mainly when the locals obstructed the waste disposal for weeks.
