One Arrested with Two Pistols in Bara

Bara. One person has been arrested with two country-made pistols from Salempur of Bara. A person has been taken into control with two country-made pistols from Salempur located in Simraungadh Municipality-2 of the district on Monday evening. The arrested has been identified as Jay Prakash Kushwah, approximately 50 years old, residing in Amritganj of the same municipality, informed DSP Shailendra Thapa, Deputy Superintendent of Police and Spokesperson of the Armed Police. Thapa also stated that the pistol and 5 rounds of bullets were found with Kushwah based on special information from the Armed Police Intelligence Bureau, when a team dispatched from Armed Police Force Nepal Border Out Post Golaganj checked him. He stated that the process of handing over the arrested person along with the recovered pistol and bullets to the relevant body for necessary action is underway.
