Nepali Congress holds performance committee meeting to finalize ministerial candidates

KATHMANDU, March 30: The Nepali Congress (NC) is currently holding a performance committee meeting at the party central office in Sanepa. The meeting will focus on several issues, including the finalization of names of the ministers from the party in the government and the selection of party candidates for the upcoming by-elections of the House of Representatives.

The Prime Minister of Nepal, Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', is reportedly planning to expand the Council of Ministers to ensure the participation of political parties that trust him in the vote of confidence from the parliament. In this context, the NC is discussing and finalizing its candidates for the ministerial positions.
