Theft Reported at Home of Prominent Kathmandu Mayor Balen Shah

Kathmandu. A theft has occurred at the house of senior RSP leader and Mayor Balen Shah in Mandikhatar, the capital. The theft took place while Mayor Balen and his wife were currently out of town.

On Friday evening, Balen's brother-in-law's son discovered the theft upon visiting the house. It is reported that he regularly visited to perform tasks such as turning lights on and off and watering the plants. When he arrived yesterday evening, he found the main door broken and belongings scattered, after which he informed the police.
