Auto-driving technology leads to safer roads, smoother traffic

China's Chongqing municipality and Wuhan, Hubei province recently kicked off commercial operation of fully unmanned auto-driving business, allowing autopilot robotaxis - without human safety operator in the passenger seat - to offer ride-hailing services on open roads.
