Respiratory Infection Rate Increases Among Children Under Five in Chitwan

Chitwan. The rate of acute respiratory infection among children under five years of age in the district has increased. This number has increased in the financial year 2082-083 compared to the financial year 2081-082.

According to Chandrabahadur Hamal, Public Health Inspector at the Public Health Office, 431 out of every thousand children had this problem in the last financial year. According to him, this number was 396 in the financial year 2081-082. He requested attention to the health of children, stating that children with such diseases are increasing every year.
