12 dead in Baglung floods, landslides over past week

The deaths occurred over several days as incessant rainfall triggered floods and landslides across the district, destroying 51 houses and damaging dozens of others.

As many as 12 people have died in Baglung district following floods and landslides triggered by incessant rainfall in a week. The deaths occurred on September 25, 26 and 27, police said.
