Rastriya Swatantra Party MP Jagdish Kharel Demands Structural Reforms in Disaster Management

Kathmandu. Expressing concern over the loss of life and property in the recent disaster, Rastriya Swatantra Party MP Jagdish Kharel has demanded structural reforms in disaster management from the government.

Speaking in the House of Representatives meeting on Tuesday, he said that the tendency to dismiss disasters as 'divine calamities' is wrong.
