MP Kandel Demands Disclosure of Disaster Relief Fund Spending

Kathmandu. CPN-UML MP Professor Dr. Pushparaj Kandel has demanded the disclosure of spending details of government funds being operated during natural disasters.

During Tuesday's House of Representatives meeting, MP Dr. Kandel, speaking during zero hour, recalled that the government works through two special funds, the 'Prime Minister's Natural Calamity Relief Fund' and the 'Prime Minister's Relief Fund', during natural disasters in the country.
