National Defence University bill presented in House of Representatives

The National Defence University bill, proposed with a main role for the Nepali Army, has been presented in the House of Representatives. Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Sobita Gautam presented the bill in the House on behalf of Prime Minister Balendra Shah (Balen).
