MP Kandels Criticizes Government Bill as Legally Flawed and Politically Motivated

Kathmandu. CPN-UML lawmaker Dr. Pushparaj Kandel has criticized the government's 'Some Nepal Laws Revival Bill' as being against legal principles and brought to fulfill partisan interests.

Speaking in the House of Representatives meeting, he claimed that this bill has destroyed good governance and stability in the country. Citing a former Supreme Court verdict, lawmaker Kandel argued that the government's move to revive laws is legally flawed.
