Himalaya Airlines Resumes Direct Kathmandu–Shanghai Flights

Kathmandu, Sept 29: Himalaya Airlines, Nepal’s international carrier, has resumed direct scheduled flights between Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu and Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) in Shanghai, reconnecting the two cities after a gap.

The airline resumed the service on September 28, 2026. Its flight from Kathmandu departed TIA at 7:11 pm on September 28 and arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport at 2:36 am on September 29, according to the airline.
