Bill promoting exclusive breast-feeding hailed

Kathmandu, Sept. 30 : For a newborn, the first hour after birth is considered the golden hour for saving their lives and lifelong health. Yet, in Nepal, 45 per cent of newborn babies are not provided their mother’s milk within the immediate period after birth.
