Securities Board of Nepal Unveils Three-Phase Capital Market Reform Strategy

Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal has unveiled a three-phase reform strategy covering the primary and secondary markets for the overall development of the capital market.

Board Chairman Dr. Gopal Prasad Bhatta expressed commitment to focusing on policy reform, infrastructure development, and institutional strengthening with the participation of market stakeholders during a parliamentary committee meeting.
