Securities Board Chairman Dr. Bhatta Outlines New Regulatory Strategy for Capital Market

Kathmandu. Chairman of the Securities Board of Nepal, Dr. Gopal Prasad Bhatta, has stated that the board has adopted a new regulatory strategy based on risk and good governance to make the capital market organized and secure.

Speaking at a meeting of the Finance Committee under the House of Representatives, Chairman Dr. Bhatta informed that institutional structure and systemic reforms necessary to modernize the market have been initiated.
