634 Drivers Penalized for Traffic Violations in Kathmandu Valley

Kathmandu. 634 drivers were penalized for violating traffic rules in the Kathmandu Valley in the last 24 hours. According to the spokesperson and Superintendent of Police of the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office, Nareshraj Subedi, drivers violating traffic rules were penalized during monitoring and checking.

Among those penalized, 60 were driving under the influence of alcohol, 53 identified through CCTV, 28 violated signal lights, and 93 were driving at high speed.
