NRN Qatar Submits 9-Point Memorandum to Finance Minister on Nepali Migrant Worker Issues

Doha. The Non-Resident Nepali Association, National Coordination Council Qatar has submitted a memorandum with a 9-point demand to the Finance Minister of the Government of Nepal, Dr. Swarnim Wagle, to resolve the problems of Nepali migrant workers working in Qatar.

Finance Minister Wagle, who came to Doha to attend the 9th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, was drawn to the attention of the problems and necessary reforms for Nepali workers in Qatar through a letter dated September 22, 2026, by the President of NRN Qatar, Krishna Panthi, and General Secretary, Vishnu Bhujel.
