Supreme Court Issues Show Cause Order on Medical Entrepreneur Durga Prasai's Habeas Corpus Writ

Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has issued a show cause order on medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai's habeas corpus writ. Supreme Court Justice Hari Prasad Phuyal's single bench has issued an order to present the reason for Prasai's arrest.

Uma Prasai had filed a habeas corpus writ against Durga Prasai, making the Nepal Police Headquarters Cyber Bureau, Votahiti, Kathmandu, and others respondents.
