'Public welfare ads rates fixed on scientific grounds'

Kathmandu, Sept 30: Minister for Information and Communications, Dr Bikram Timilsina clarified that the rates of public welfare advertisement to be provided to newspapers were determined on a scientific, objective and procedural basis.
