Elephant in Jhapa and rhino in Chitwan found dead

According to Anjana Giri, information officer at the Division Forest Office in Jhapa, the elephant was found half buried in the bog.
An adult wild elephant was found dead in a bog inside the Rampokhari Community Forest in ward 2 of Bhadrapur Municipality in Jhapa district, on Wednesday morning.
