Nepal's Global Call

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is leaving for New York on September 20 to participate in the 79th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). This time, the Prime Minister's visit has three-fold importance. First, he is expected to raise Nepal's global standing and highlight neutral foreign policy. Second, he will put emphasis on climate change issues and challenges facing the mountainous countries like Nepal and draw the world's attention to the climate crisis. And the third is about current political situation at home and Nepal's democratic journey in the global forum.
