Man held on charge of raping minor

As per a complaint lodged by the victim’s relatives, the 45-year-old allegedly raped a 16-year-old girl.

Police have arrested a 45-year-old man from ward 2 of Bhimsem Thapa Rural Municipality on the charge of raping a minor.
