Unilever holds 30th annual general meeting

The 30th annual general meeting of Unilever Nepal Limited was held in Kathmandu on Tuesday. The event was chaired by company Chairman Dev Bajpai, and Managing Director Amlan Mukherjee. Unilever Nepal Limited has delivered dividend outputs and profit after tax of Rs1.834 billion, which is a 19 percent increase from the previous year, the company said in a statement. Unilever Nepal’s shareholders benefited from the highest rates of dividends in the company’s history with Rs1,580 per equity share this year. Unilever Nepal is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year in Nepal.
