Problematic Cooperatives' Vehicles Must Be Submitted Immediately

Kathmandu. The Office of the Management Committee for Problematic Cooperatives, Babar Mahal, has issued a notice asking for the immediate submission of all vehicles registered in the name of problematic cooperative institutions.

The committee, formed under the responsibility of managing the assets and paying the liabilities of the institutions declared problematic by the Government of Nepal as per Section 105 of the Cooperative Act, 2074, has given this directive.
