Suspension Bridge in Darula Remains Unused Due to Land Dispute

Darchula. A suspension bridge over the Ojigaad river in Hunaith, Sharda-4 of Malikarjun Rural Municipality, has become unusable. A collaboration was formed between Malikarjun Rural Municipality and the consumer committee to construct the bridge on Baisakh 2, 2075 BS.
The suspension bridge, with a total length of 77.40 meters and a width of 106 centimeters, was constructed at a total cost of 3,865,208 rupees. According to Harish Thagunna, overseer of Samaj Kalyan Samaj, the organization that provided technical support for the bridge, it has been seven years since the bridge was built.
