Ministry Forms Task Force for Chemical Fertilizer Purchase Guarantee

Kathmandu. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forest and Environment has formed a study task force to identify the necessary legal and policy arrangements for the purchase guarantee (buy-back guarantee) of produced fertilizer after the establishment of a chemical fertilizer factory in Nepal.

Minister of Agriculture, Forest and Environment Gita Chaudhary, through a ministerial level decision on Thursday, formed the task force comprising experts from the Ministry of Agriculture, Finance, Industry and Energy and the Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO).
