Stakeholders Suggest Practicality for National Climate Change Policy Draft

Kathmandu. Stakeholders have suggested to the government to make the implementation aspect more practical and clear in the draft of the proposed 'National Climate Change Policy 2083'.

In a discussion organized by the Prakriti Resources Center (PRC) with representatives working in the climate and energy sector, participants stated that although the draft includes many positive aspects, the policy will be ineffective if the institutional structure, manpower, financial resources, and inter-agency coordination are not clear.
