Civil Service Bill registered in Parliament

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Oct. 2: The government has registered the long-awaited Bill to Amend and Integrate Laws Relating to the Federal Civil Service, 2083, at the Federal Parliament Secretariat, proposing to replace the existing class-based civil service structure with a level-based system and introduce professional provisions on political neutrality and professional conduct.
