Government Bill Faces Criticism for Discriminatory Provisions

Kathmandu. Criticism has started even before the parliamentary process of the 'Bill to Amend and Integrate the Law Relating to the Formation, Operation, and Service Conditions of the Federal Civil Service' registered by the government in the Federal Parliament on Thursday.

Stakeholders, employee unions that existed until some time ago, and experts have commented on some provisions of the bill as 'discriminatory' and 'impractical'.
