The Post spoke to 12 children from the flood-affected areas and gathered their experiences and the nightmares that still follow them.

The devastating flood of August 26 washed away the riverbanks of Rasuwa and Nuwakot in minutes. With it went the homes, schools, playgrounds and everything else that made up a child’s world.
