2,144 Drivers Penalized for Traffic Violations in 24 Hours, Rs 1.99 Million Revenue Collected

Kathmandu. In the past 24 hours, two thousand 144 drivers have been penalized for violating traffic rules. Rs 1.99 million revenue has been deposited into the state treasury from this.

According to the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office, 91 people were penalized for driving under the influence of alcohol, 151 for illegal 'ride sharing', 149 for signal violations, and 186 for speeding.
