Rhuguganga Hydropower Project Halts Test Production Due to Flood Damage

Myagdi. Following last week's downpour, the Rahughat Hydropower Project, constructed by the Nepal Electricity Authority in the Rالغungga Rural Municipality of Myagdi, has halted its test production after being damaged by a flood in the Kaligandaki River.

The test production of Rahughat, with a capacity of 40 megawatts, constructed by the Authority's subsidiary, Rالغungga Hydropower, was halted due to flood damage that occurred from October 8 to 11, less than a week after test production began.
