Singapore EV Sales to Reach 34,940 Units by 2026, 54.6% of Total Sales

Kathmandu. Electric vehicle sales in Singapore are estimated to increase by 34.3 percent to 34,940 units in 2026. With this, the share of electric vehicles in total vehicle sales will reach 54.6 percent, the research institute has stated.

Government tax exemptions and incentives, the increasing availability of new models of affordable electric vehicles produced in mainland China, and the expansion of charging infrastructure will help boost sales, it has been stated.
