Two Arrested with Indian Rupees at Gaur Customs Office

Rautahat. Two people have been arrested with Indian currency of undisclosed source from in front of the Gaur Customs Office in Rautahat. According to DSP Basanta Gautam, spokesperson for the District Police Office Rautahat, two people walking on foot from India to Nepal were taken under control in a suspicious condition during a joint checking on Friday evening around 7:45 PM in front of the Gaur Customs Office located in Gaur Municipality-1.
Those arrested are 22-year-old Karan Kumar Giri, son of Mohan Giri, residing in Rampur Bhataha Thana, Shivahari district of India, and 35-year-old Lalbabu Rai, son of Rameshwar Rai of the same place.
