Prime Minister Balendra Shah largely absent as Parliament wraps up session

Shah attended the House of Representatives for just six days and the National Assembly once, while lawmakers repeatedly sought his answers on issues ranging from floods and border disputes to foreign policy.

A day before Parliament’s session ended, main opposition Nepali Congress leader Bhishma Raj Angdembe was still looking for Prime Minister Balendra Shah in the House of Representatives.
