Coordinator Dahal for full implementation of human rights

Kathmandu, Dec 10: Coordinator of the Nepali Communist Party (NCP), Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', has said full implementation of human rights is a need of hour to bolster inclusive democracy and social justice.

Giving a message of best wishes on the occasion of the 77th Human Rights Day today, Coordinator Dahal argued neither a civilized and prosperous society nor a true democracy can be realized in absence of social justice.
