RSP and Mayor Balen sign seven-point unity agreement

An agreement has been reached between the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) and Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balendra Shah (Balen) to unify. A seven-point agreement was signed between the two sides today at around 4 am.
