Maha Laxmi Vrat Concludes After 16 Days

Kathmandu. The 16-day Maha Laxmi Vrat, which began on Bhadra Shukla Ashtami, concluded last night with offering Arghya to the moon and staying awake all night.
It is believed that taking this vow to please Maha Laxmi, the goddess of wealth and grains, destroys sorrow and poverty, and brings happiness, peace, prosperity, and grandeur. This vow is especially taken by women.
