Ukraine will hit Russian refineries in response to Moscow’s ‘new doctrine’ of airstrikes, Zelenskiy says

Zelenskiy says Kyiv will target Russian oil refineries and other energy assets in retaliation for Moscow’s expanded campaign against Ukrainian infrastructure, while seeking more European support for the war.
