Headmaster Recounts How 900 Students Were Saved From Flood

Kathmandu. A headmaster has narrated how 900 students were saved from the flood that occurred last Wednesday. They were evacuated to a safe place just 10 minutes before the flood arrived.

Principal Rajendra Dawadi of Tribhuvan Trishuli Secondary School in Nuwakot told the BBC that he received four phone calls warning him of the disaster at 9:10 AM local time. At least 794 people have died in the disaster so far.
