45 days to go HoR polls: Election Code of Conduct comes into effect from last midnight

Kathmandu, Jan 19: The Election Code of Conduct -2082 for the upcoming March 5 election to the House of Representatives (HoR) has come into force from last midnight.

Spokesperson of Election Commission Narayan Prasad Bhattarai said that a meeting of the EC convened on Sunday took the decision to this effect adding that implementation of the election code of conduct is aimed at holding the polls in a free, fair and fearless manner.
